Do you offer fixed fees and hourly rates?
I deliver a majority of its services on a fixed fee basis. Before agreeing to my services, I will provide you with an in-depth scope of work and the fees associated with that scope.
As a result, you will clearly understand the services to be delivered and the fee involved. I believe fixed fees offer you, the client, the best value for money.
If the work requested is difficult to scope, or it is your preference, I can offer an hourly rate.
I also offer competitive daily rates for long-term or staged projects where you prefer me to be integrated into your business.
Do you offer payment plans?
My ongoing bookkeeping packages are paid upfront monthly via Stripe’s automated payment plan system (set up on the first month’s invoice).
Volta’s project fees have an upfront portion followed by instalment payments until the project ends.
Please reach out if you require a specific payment plan, as I’m happy to discuss an arrangement.
Do you work remotely or onsite?
A majority of my work is completed remotely. However, onsite services are available. Please get in touch with me to discuss your requirements.
Which accounting packages do you use?
I am a Xero only firm for bookkeeping services. For all other services, I am happy to use all other accounting packages or excel.
Are you a registered BAS Agent?
Yes, Volta Consulting and I are registered BAS Agents. My personal agent no is 25728522, and Volta’s agent no is 26135418. Being a registered agent means I must maintain ongoing training and adhere to a code of professional conduct.
Can you do my tax return?
Unfortunately, no. You need to be a registered Tax Agent to complete tax returns. The good news is that I work with Tax Agents to ensure they receive all the information they need to complete your return.
And, if you don’t have one, I can provide a list of agents for you to consider.
